OWEN'S ABLE TABLE WELCOMES CHEF MELISSA HARTPENCE AS OUR NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CULINARY CONSULTANT AND BUSINESS OPERATOR. CHEF MEL COMES WITH IN DEPTH HISTORY OF WORKING WITH THE SPECIAL NEEDS COMMUNITY IN THE EDUCATIONAL ARENA AND YEARS OF SENIOR LEVEL COOKING EXPERIENCE
